King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK), one of India’s top full‑service law firms, today opened a new office in Mumbai’s Andheri West district. The new location, at Remi Commercio, marks the firm’s tenth office across the country and will focus on media and entertainment law.
The Andheri West team will bring together three partners and a group of lawyers who specialize in film, television, digital content, music, gaming, advertising, talent management and emerging media platforms. KSK plans to offer end‑to‑end legal support—from contract negotiation and intellectual‑property protection to dispute resolution and regulatory advice—to the rapidly growing entertainment and creative industries in India.
Jidesh Kumar, KSK’s Managing Partner, said the new office reflects the firm’s commitment to staying ahead in India’s dynamic legal landscape. “The media and entertainment sector is evolving fast, and having a dedicated presence right in Mumbai’s creative hub lets us work with clients more closely, with sharper focus and greater agility,” he told reporters.
