Shocking moment Nick Reiner surrenders on LA street as cops corner him following alleged murders of Rob, Michele
A new clip released by the news outlet shows Nick Reiner, 32, pulling up his hands to surrender on a sunny Los Angeles street early on the same day he’s accused of killing his parents.
He was bundled in all black with a baseball cap as he lingered in front of a crosswalk near a Metro station, just about 15 miles from the Reiners’ Brentwood home.
When two police cars pulled up, Reiner didn’t hesitate – the footage captures him raising his arms and the officers immediately pulling out their guns.
Cops joined a few seconds later and held him at gunpoint before pushing him onto the pavement, cuffing him while he lay there.
Separate photos that L.A. Police’s Gang and Narcotics unit later posted show the same scene. With a history of heavy drug abuse, Reiner is being held without bail.
He faces two counts of first‑degree murder for the alleged killings and could be facing the death penalty. This story is still developing.
