Mumbai, Oct 5 – Bollywood actor‑director Arbaaz Khan and his wife Sshura Khan are parents for the first time, welcoming a baby girl on Sunday. The couple hasn’t posted an official announcement yet, but media outlets have confirmed the joyous arrival.
The new parents celebrated with a cute baby shower in Mumbai on Monday. Arbaaz and Sshura were spotted in matching yellow outfits, glowing with excitement. The intimate party drew family and close friends, including brothers Salman and Sohail Khan, Sohail’s son Nirvan, sister Arpita, and former star Iulia Vantur. Actress Nia Sharma, Jannat Zubair and Gauhar Khan were also in attendance.
Social‑media fans saw playful snapshots of the venue: a purple‑and‑balloon theme, bright macarons, a cheerful cake and a giant purple teddy bear holding cheerful balloons. Nia Sharma shared a photo of the breakfast‑time cake on her Instagram Stories, giving the crowd a taste of the sweet celebration.
Arbaaz first revealed Sshura’s pregnancy in June after rumours of a new baby spread. The couple met on the set of “Patna Shukla” when Sshura worked as a makeup artist, and they married in a small ceremony in Mumbai in December 2023. This is Arbaaz’s second child – his 22‑year‑old son Arhaan from his first marriage to actress Malaika Arora. The former couple remain close as co‑parents.
Fans of both the Khan siblings and Bollywood can now welcome the newest member of the family. The baby’s name is still private, but the joyous news is already spreading across social‑media platforms.
