The pair celebrated by sharing a series of heartfelt social‑media posts. Ishita posted a warm anniversary greeting, followed by a nostalgic photo from their wedding day and a recent snapshot of the family on vacation. She wrote, “Happy Anniversary, Vatty Eight years, two beautiful babies… and a lifetime of love to go. Us, always and forever.”
The two first crossed paths in 2016 while shooting the television drama “Rishton Ka Sadaagar Baazigar.” After about a year of dating, they wed in November 2017. Their family grew in 2023 with the birth of their son, and a daughter arrived in 2025. In a fun bit of movie trivia, Vatsal had played Ajay Devgn’s son in the 2004 film “Tarzan: The Wonder Car,” whereas Ishita appeared as Devgn’s daughter in the 2015 thriller “Drishyam.” The couple’s wedding also attracted prominent guests, including Bollywood power couples Kajol and Ajay, who were among the first to attend the ceremony in Mumbai.
Ishita recently marked her return to the silver screen with the sequel “De De Pyaar De 2,” her first film after becoming a mother to two children—Vaayu and Veda. During her promotion, she revealed that she was pregnant with Veda while filming the romantic comedy. Earlier, she shared a photo of herself standing next to a billboard for the film, which likely featured a cinema‑hall backdrop. She wrote, “Super excited for this one… My first film post both my kids; I was pregnant with Veda while filming this one. Being back after 4 years feels so strange, almost like a new beginning… Need all your blessings… Can I say I have forgotten how to pose? I have forgotten how to be me… To a new beginning (sic).”
