Mumbai – Television actress Shweta Tiwari looked ecstatic on her socials as her little boy, Reyansh, celebrated his first birthday on November 27. The star posted a handful of snaps from the midnight party, and she took a moment to send a heartfelt wish to the birthday boy.
“Happy Birthday, My Reyansh.” She wrote, “You are the brightest part of my life, the reason I smile even on the hardest days. Watching you grow into such a wonderful, kind, and joyful boy fills my heart with pride every single moment. May your life always be full of happiness, love, and endless blessings. I love you more than words can ever say…and I will always be there to protect you, guide you, and hold your hand through every phase of life.”
For those who aren’t familiar, Reyansh is the son of Shweta and actor Abhinav Kohli, with whom she was married for six years before parting ways in 2019. She also has an older daughter, Palak Tiwari, an actress herself, who is the child of her first marriage to Raja Chaudhary – a union that dissolved in 2007 after long‑standing marital strife.
Shweta’s rise to prominence began with the 2001 serial Kasautii Zindagi Ki that ran until 2008 on Star Plus. The drama, produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor and under the direction of Santaram Verma, had Shweta in the lead role of Prerna Sharma. The narrative revolved around Prerna’s life with Anurag Basu, played by Cezanne Khan, weaving themes of love, sacrifice, and adversity. Rishabh Bajaj, portrayed by Ronit Roy, later joined the cast and quickly became a fan favorite, adding another central relationship to the storyline. The series also introduced one of India’s most memorable television villains, Komolika, performed by Urvashi Dholakia.
