Bengaluru Bulls dominated Haryana Steelers with a thrilling 40-33 victory in the Pro Kabaddi League match at Vishwanadh Sports Club in Vizag on Monday. The win came from smart strategies and standout performances, especially from Iranian raider Alireza Mirzaian, who notched his second straight Super 10. Captain Yogesh and defender Deepak Sankar anchored a rock-solid defense that kept the opponents at bay.

Head coach BC Ramesh praised the team’s sharp planning after the game. “We stuck to the same setup as our last match—two defenders and two raiders. Alireza played as the supporting raider, while Aashish Malik led the raids. Our lucky captain Yogesh timed his tackles perfectly and fired up the team,” Ramesh shared.

Ramesh had high words for Alireza, calling him a special talent with huge potential in Pro Kabaddi. “He’s an amazing raider. We planned with three raiders but put him in the lead role. His confidence is off the charts—he kept saying, ‘Sir, send me in, I’ll deliver.’ That kind of belief sets him apart. He’s crucial for Bengaluru Bulls and has a bright future ahead,” the coach added.

The coach also highlighted Alireza’s all-around skills. “He knows raiding inside out, but he can defend too, support teammates, and grab points when it matters most. He’s definitely the next big star from Iran in kabaddi.”

Captain Yogesh echoed the praise, saying Alireza brings energy and smarts to the mat. “He’s a bold raider who thinks he can score against anyone. He chats with us all the time about raid tactics and defense tweaks—that constant talk really boosts our game.”

Alireza, in turn, thanked his coach for the trust. “I’m feeling great right now. He’s the best coach ever. He told me to believe in myself and keep it simple. That faith helps me perform for Bengaluru Bulls,” the young raider said.

With back-to-back wins and Alireza in top form, Bengaluru Bulls are hitting their stride in the Pro Kabaddi League. As Ramesh put it, “We must keep winning, and this is just the start. These victories change everything for us.”

### Upcoming Pro Kabaddi League Matches: What to Watch For

Dabang Delhi K.C. heads into their next fixture on fire, with a perfect 3-0 record. They’ve clinched tight wins, including one via a dramatic golden raid and others by slim margins. Star raider Ashu Malik leads their attack, while defenders Fazel Atrachali and Saurabh Nandal form an unbreakable wall. On the other side, Bengal Warriorz kicked off strong with a win over the defending champions but stumbled in their last two games. They’ll rely on raider Devank Dalal, hoping secondary raiders and the defense step up to challenge Dabang Delhi in this key Pro Kabaddi League clash.

Gujarat Giants aim to build momentum after their first win of the season against Tamil Thalaivas—a big morale boost. Jaipur Pink Panthers, however, want revenge after a tough one-point loss to Dabang Delhi K.C. Both teams eye a spot in the top six, so expect high stakes. Gujarat will lean on captain Mohammadreza Shadloui’s leadership and all-round skills, but Jaipur’s experience and grit could make this Pro Kabaddi League matchup a nail-biter that goes right to the end.
